Nestled on one side of the triangle that forms Plaça George Orwell in the Ciutat Vella you will find Dionisos, ‘The Quick Greek’. It is unassuming little ‘fast-food’ outlet, with a couple of stools, friendly service and groovy Greek music.

The food is fresh and delicious and a great way to eat cheap if you are out and about in the city centre. Don’t be fooled, just because it is smack bang in the touristy centre of Barcelona, authenticity is their watchword, from the τζατζίκι (tzatziki) to the ντολμαδάκια (dolmadakia) it is just like being in a proper Souvlatzidiko!

There is something for everyone, meat-eaters and veggies alike.

All the classic favs are there and if you choose a menu (fries and a drink) it is super value.

Be it  Gyros or Falafel pitas or a slice of Spanakopita (Spinach Pie) washed down with a cool Mythos, you will leave satisfied and tempted to have a full sit down meal in the sister restaurant across the square.
